Wexford, PA – The North Catholic Trojans were set to take on the Beaver Bobcats at Lt. J.C. Stone Field in hopes of ending their 2-game losing streak. The Trojans dropped their most previous game against the Central Valley Warriors, 46-38. Junior QB Joey Felitsky completed 33 of 47 passes in his return from injury for 381 yards and 3 touchdowns. The Bobcats were coming off a shutout win against the once undefeated Deer Lakes 42-0. RB Qualan Cain had 8 carries for 152 yards and 3 touchdowns. With home field advantage, the Trojans were looking to get a big win as the season winds down.
The Game
WR Amari Jackson scored three touchdowns, two of which were 29 and 43-yard passes from QB Travis Clear. Clear himself ran the ball for a 1-yard touchdown extending the lead over the Trojans. Beaver did not stop there as RB Qualan Cain scored twice on runs of 17 and 9 yards. North Catholic would register a field goal from Junior K

Jack White for a 44-yard touchdown. The Bobcats dominance earned them the win 48-10 and ranked them 4
th (6-2, 3-1) in Class 3A. The Trojans (3-5, 2-2) fall in the Western Hills Conference now with a 3-game losing streak.
