PIAA Athletic Forms
PIAA Athletic Participation Requirements
All student-athletes must complete forms required by the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA), which oversees athletics at North Catholic High School. In order to do this, you must establish an account in Healthy Roster. Please see the information regarding Healthy Roster under the “Athletics Info” tab.
EXCEL Hockey Student-Athletes
Excel paperwork, ie. physical forms, do not overlap with forms required by the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA).
Therefore, all Excel athletes that wish to participate in a North Catholic sport must complete the required PIAA forms in order to compete.
