On Thursday evening, members of the NC crew team, parents, and alumni honored Coach Frank Sands and his contributions to North Catholic.  Coach Sands has been the NC crew team head coach for 30 years!

Congratulations Coach Sands on this tremendous accomplishment. Thank you for your commitment to NC and providing invaluable lessons to our student athletes.
