North Catholic vs. Avonworth

Set 1: 
North Catholic opened its first game of the season against Avonworth. Both teams battled early, but North pulled away for a 25-18 first set win. 

Set 2: 
Kaitlyn Maziarz started the set serving North Catholic to an 8-0 lead. The team continued on that hot streak and won the second set 25-11 in dominating fashion. 

Set 3: 
North jumped to a considerable lead in the final set of 24-18. Though Avonworth answered and ended up tying the game at 24-24, but it was not enough to finish the comeback with North winning the set 27-25, and the game 3-0. Overall, it was a great win to start the season and the team played together behind the leadership of Sienna Cozza, Rebecca Feczko, and Ella Koziara.
