Cranberry Twp, PA - Nominations for the 2025 Alex Brown Athletic Leadership Award are now being accepted.  This award is presented annually to a member of the North Catholic community to recognize their positive contributions to North, specific to athletics. 

First presented in 2024, this award went to senior Alex Brown as his influence as a student inspired this recognition.  As a student athlete, Alex claimed WPIAL and PIAA gold in track.  Outside of competing, he could be found cheering on his classmates at almost every NC sporting event.  If you don't know Alex personally, you might be familiar with his voice.  From 2022-2024, Alex was the voice of Trojan and Trojanette athletics on the North Catholic Sports Network.  From the regular season to playoffs, he had been on the call for some memorable performances on the field, court, and ice.  Today, Alex is a freshman at the University of Alabama pursuing a degree is sports broadcasting and is also a member of the Para Track and Field team.
