This past weekend, the Boys and Girls Cross Country teams participated in the PIAA Foundation Meet in Hershey, PA. The teams ran strong races, and they both placed 4th overall. On the girls team, senior Alaina Hicks placed 12th overall, and junior Julia Zalenski placed 14th, earning both girls a place on the podium. On the boys team, the top runners were freshman Giocomo Lepore, who placed 26th, and sophomore Sam West, who placed 33rd. Overall, the team had a very successful meet, and they continue to improve against strong teams throughout the state.

On October 2nd, both the Boys and Girls teams will travel to Grove City High School for their next meet.
