Pittsburgh, Pa. – The Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) established its brackets for the WPIAL/UPMC Sports Medicine Boys' and Girls' Soccer Championships on Wednesday, with 124 teams qualifying by finishing inside the top four, including ties, of their respective sections following the regular season.
