Washington, PA - North Catholic's boys tennis team captured its first-ever WPIAL Class 2A championship with a 4-1 victory over Valley at Washington & Jefferson College, marking a major milestone for the young program. The win follows the girls team's fall championship, making North Catholic a powerhouse in 2A tennis for the 2024–25 season. Despite Valley's top player, Landon Harclerode, winning at first singles, North Catholic secured the title with victories in second and third singles and both doubles matches.
