On February 25th and March 3rd, the WPIAL Swimming and Diving Championships took place at North Allegheny High School and Trees Hall pool at the University of Pittsburgh. Many swimmers on both the girls and boys teams qualified for states. Additionally, junior Maggie Foley won her third straight WPIAL title and qualified for states. The state championships will take place on March 18th-19th at Kinney Natatorium at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA.  

Those who qualified for the state championships are as follows: 

200 Medley Relay: Luke Lamb, Johnny Lamb, Matt Littleton, Julian LaPietra. Alt. Sam West, Ben Capozzi, Owen Schessler 

200 Free Relay: Matt Littleton, John Lamb, Jackson Kress, Julian La Pietra, Alt. Sam West, Luke Lamb, Ben Capozzi, Owen Schesser 

400 Free Relay: Matt Littleton, Jackson Kress, John Lamb, Julian LaPietra, Alt. Sam West, Luke Lamb, Ben Capozzi, Owen Schessler

100 Fly:  Matt Littleton 

100 Free: Julian La Pietra 

500 Free: Owen Schessler
