Cranberry Twp, PA - With a heavy senior class, the North Catholic Swim and Dive team wanted to make their last season memorable. They did just that. Five out of seven section meets were won by the Trojans' this year. They carried this momentum into WPIALS, which took place on March 2nd and 3rd.

Seniors Johnny Lamb, Matt Littleton, Jackson Kress, and sophomore Luke Lamb competed in the 200-yard Medley Relay. They took home gold, and at the same time, set a WPIAL record of 1:35.80, while dropping -3.31.

Senior Johnny Lamb spoke on how memorable this accomplishment was:

"It's amazing to set a WPIAL record your Senior year, especially doing it with your brother. We have worked hard all year, and finally seeing your work payoff is really rewarding."

The four boys also placed 2nd in the Boys 400 Yard Free Relay.

Finally, Senior Maggie Foley caps off her WPIAL Diving career with a fourth gold medal and a score of 491.40. Maggie has placed 1st in WPIAL Diving in all four years here at North Catholic.

The team ended their season on March 15th & 16th at the PIAA playoffs at Bucknell University. The 200 Medley Relay, consisting of Johnny Lamb, Luke Lamb, Matthew Littleton, and Jackson Kress placed second overall behind Cathedral Prep. They also placed 4th in the Boys 400 Yard Free Relay.

Luke Lamb placed fifth in the Boys 100 Yard back, while Jackson Kress placed 8th. Maggie Foley placed second overall in Girls 2A Diving.
