The Girls' Soccer team keeps advancing! On Tuesday, October 22, the team traveled to Freedom Area High School for their first playoff game. The Trojanettes took down Yough 3-0. Goals scored from Mikaela Canzian, Lauren Mealie, and Maria Pasquinelli. Julia Siket and Simone Sharpless both had an assist. The defensive line and goalkeeper, Marina Comino, recorded another shutout.
 
On Saturday, October 26, the team was back on the road to Beaver Area High School. After a hard-fought game, the Trojanettes came out with a 2-1 victory! Kathleen Virostek and Lauren Mealie both recorded a goal. Those goals were assisted by Simone Sharpless and Mikaela Canzian.
 
The Girls' Soccer team is in preparation for the semi-final game. The game will take place on Tuesday, October 29, at North Allegheny High School. Kickoff is at 8:00pm. The Trojanettes will face the #2 seed, Quaker Valley.
