Cranberry Twp, PA - On Monday, September 23, the North Catholic girls' soccer team moved to 10-0 on the season after defeating Knoch. Even though the team had a slow start, they still got the job done. The final score was 5 (NC) to 0 (Knoch). The Trojanettes received 3 goals from
Simone Sharpless and one goal from both
Kathleen Virostek and
Mikaela Canzian. The assists came from
Simone Sharpless (2),
Julia Siket (1), and
Breanna Rock (1). Another clean sheet for the goalkeeper,
Riley Marsico, and the backline!
The Trojanettes will be back in action on Monday, September 30 at Burrell High School. Kick off is at 7:30pm. On Wednesday, October 2, the team will be headed to Valley High School. The game will start at 7:00pm. Lastly, the team will wrap their busy week up with a game at J.C. Stone against Freeport on Saturday, October 5. Kickoff is at 7:15pm.
