On Tuesday, October 29, the Girls Soccer team traveled to North Allegheny High School to face Quaker Valley in the WPIAL semi-final game. After encountering a series of unfortunate events, the Trojanettes came up short losing 0-2.

The team's season continued Thursday, October 31. They faced South Park in the third-place WPIAL consolation game. The Trojanettes secured a 5-1 victory! Simone Sharpless recorded 3 goals and an assist. Kathleen Virostek had a goal and an assist. Sara Zagrocki scored a goal. Mikaela Canzian and Julia Siket each had 1 assist.

The win over South Park advances the team to the PIAA playoffs! On Tuesday, November 5, the Trojanettes will travel to Windber Stadium to face Bedford in the first round. Kick off is at 6:00pm.
