Cranberry Twp, PA - The girls' soccer team faced a new rival! On Monday, September 16, the Trojanettes hosted Shady Side Academy. After Shady Side eliminated the Trojanettes last year in the playoffs, the team was determined to win. When the girls set their minds on winning, they ensure they achieve it. The Trojanettes secured the 1-0 win! Simone Sharpless had the lone goal, with a beautiful assist from Ally DeGlau. Another big team win! Also, a clean sheet was recorded for the defense and the goalkeeper, Riley Marsico.
 
As round two starts, the team will host Knoch at Lt. JC Stone Field on Monday, September 23. Kick off is at 6:30pm.
